2.4 Google API Services & Gmail Data
Index92's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Gmail account, Index92 accesses:
- Permission to send emails on your behalf
- Email metadata (recipients, subject lines, timestamps) for emails sent through Index92
How we use Gmail data:
- Solely to send emails on your behalf as part of task execution
- To provide you with records/evidence of emails sent through the Service
We DO NOT:
- Read, scan, or analyze your inbox contents
- Use Gmail data for advertising or marketing purposes
- Sell, rent, or share Gmail data with third parties
- Use Gmail data for purposes unrelated to providing the Index92 service
- Allow humans to read your email content unless required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent
Gmail data is:
- Accessed only when you initiate a task requiring email
- Used exclusively to provide and improve Index92's core email functionality
- Protected with encryption in transit and at rest
- Retained only as task evidence per our retention policy (90 days)
You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time through the app settings, which will revoke Index92's access to your Gmail data.

- Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
- Credentials in Vault: Deleted immediately upon your request or account deletion
- Anonymized/Aggregated Data: May be retained indefinitely for analytics and improvement

- We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or actions
- We are not responsible for the privacy practices of businesses or individuals contacted on your behalf
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with providing credentials, sensitive information, and authorizing Index92 to act on your behalf.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Index92, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service

- Tasks executed at your request
