By accessing and using Index Concierge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Index Concierge is an AI-powered intelligent agent that completes real-world tasks on your behalf. The Service can make phone calls, negotiate bills, schedule appointments, manage your calendar, and handle other administrative tasks. Index operates autonomously but within boundaries you set.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Service Capabilities and Limitations

By using Index Concierge:

• You grant Index permission to make phone calls and complete tasks on your behalf
• Index will operate within the boundaries and preferences you configure
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving tasks before Index executes them, where applicable
• You can revoke permissions or pause Index at any time
• Index uses bank-grade encryption to manage your credentials securely

5. Calendar and Task Management

If you grant Index access to your calendar:

• Index can schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments on your behalf
• You are responsible for setting boundaries and preferences for scheduling
• You can review all calendar changes made by Index
• You can revoke calendar access at any time

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to your personal data, calendar information, and any content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

Task Execution: Index executes tasks on your behalf. You are responsible for the outcomes of tasks completed by Index, including any commitments made during phone calls or negotiations.

Our Service: The Index Concierge platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Request Index to perform tasks that violate third-party rights or laws
• Use Index to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Subscription and Payment

Private Beta: We are currently offering limited access through our private beta program. Beta access may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Future Billing: When general availability launches, subscriptions may be billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

AI Task Execution: Index uses AI to complete tasks. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee perfect execution of all tasks. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes and providing feedback.

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including tasks completed by Index on your behalf.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
